Have around 230k coal and had the same opinion too.

It adds more to the frustration that WG refuses to say if any hyped up ships not yet released will also cost coal. The only people that really benefit are people that have no interest in anything else that costs coal. You can get it for free, yeah, but I'd find it perplexing to think anyone would buy this over a Musashi that's significantly cheaper in coal, unless of course they simply prefer French ships. I personally think it's just not worth it for a single ship. There's no real incentive to buy this bote for $80, unless you just really like French BBs. If the AA and MBRB is worth an extra 25 USD it to anyone out there, more power to you. Maybe it would've been an easier pill to swallow if it had something, like better commander XP bonus ala Prinz Eugen's camos. In the simplest of terms, it's a Richelieu that's moved up a tier with better AA and having access to the MBRB, which IMO is worse than a downtiered Yamato with an AA and sigma nerf. My issue is the pricing with the context of the ship itself. Someone would probably reach at least 100k to 200k Free XP (or more) on the way there, cutting down the cost to convert. Anyone could straight up just get a couple of tech tree ships with elite status or a few mid-tier premiums, grind mid-tier battles/operations, and convert the XP with cash to get Musashi or Kronshtadt without ever experiencing high tier battles. I personally don't see the problem with selling it outright. So, the guys with the Coal get it for free while the guys that don't, can still get it but pay out the a** with REAL MONEY.
